Phone systems that don't drop your customers
PABX and VoIP installation, SIP trunking, and business connectivity — designed, installed and supported by the people who answer when it breaks.
A phone system is the one piece of infrastructure your customers touch directly. When a call drops or an extension rings nowhere, the cost is not a support ticket — it is the enquiry that went to a competitor instead.
We design and install business telephony around how your team actually works: which calls must never go unanswered, who covers after hours, and what happens when the fibre goes down. That last question matters more in South Africa than most vendors admit, which is why we build failover in rather than selling it later.
Whether you are replacing an ageing PABX, moving to a hosted VoIP switchboard, or connecting a second branch, the work covers the full path — from the line into the building to the handset on the desk.
Capabilities
What this covers
VoIP & hosted PABX
Cloud or on-premise PABX (PBX) deployment, extension planning, IVR menus, voicemail-to-email, and call recording where you need an audit trail.
SIP trunking
SIP trunk provisioning and number porting, so you keep your existing published numbers when the system changes.
Fibre & LTE connectivity
Business fibre installation and LTE or 5G failover that switches over automatically, so a line fault does not take the phones with it.
Call routing & reporting
Time-based routing, hunt groups, and call reporting that shows what was missed, when, and by whom.
Handsets & headsets
Desk phone and softphone rollout, configuration and staff handover, including remote and hybrid workers.
Multi-site & remote extensions
Branches and home workers on the same dial plan, with internal extension dialling between sites.
Typical work
What people ask us for
A few of the situations this service is most often called in for.
Offices
Replacing an end-of-life PBX
Migration from legacy hardware to VoIP without changing your published numbers, cut over after hours so nobody loses a working day.
Retail
One number across several branches
Calls routed to whichever branch is open, with overflow to a central line so an unanswered phone never rings out.
Warehousing & logistics
Coverage across a large site
Handsets and DECT coverage extended across warehouse floors and yards where a desk phone was never going to reach.
How it works
From first call to working system
No surprises, and no commitment until you have a written quote in front of you.
Site survey
We come out and look at the actual site — what is there, what the constraints are, and what you are trying to achieve. No charge, no obligation.
Written quote
A quote that itemises equipment and labour separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and compare it properly.
Installation
Scheduled around your operating hours where possible. Cabling is labelled and documented, and we clean up after ourselves.
Handover & support
We show your team how to use it before we leave, and you get documentation. Ongoing maintenance agreements are available.
Service areas
Telecommunications across our service areas
On site for surveys, installation and maintenance across these areas.
FAQ
Telecommunications — common questions
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. Numbers are ported across to the new system. Porting is coordinated so the old and new run in parallel during the switch, and calls keep working throughout.
What happens to our phones when the internet goes down?
We build failover in as standard — an LTE or 5G backup that takes over automatically. Calls can also divert to mobile numbers if both links fail, so you are never entirely uncontactable.
Is VoIP actually cheaper than what we have?
Usually, though it depends on your call profile. We quote against your recent bills rather than guessing, so you can see the real comparison before committing.
Do you support the system after installation?
Yes. Support and maintenance agreements are available, and we handle moves, adds and changes as your team grows.
